TOUR-MAUBOURG

With his MPC, Tour-Maubourg is an overspeeding artist. If there are producers who create an album every ten years and those who produce new tracks every day, the young musician, native from Brussels, is definitively part of the second family. His music, a subtle synthesis of jazz and house music, mixing festive and melancholic sounds, appears as a tribute to his influences embodied by Chet Baker or Bill Evans, as well as more contemporary artists who shape the universe of the young producer (St. Germain, Moodymann, Christopher Rau...).

After a first EP Déclaration Préalable à l’Embauche which came out in 2017 onPont Neuf Records and that has been sold out in just few weeks, he was ranked among the «most promising producer of the French house scene» (Trax Magazine), then with other releases on Folamour’s FHUO and FINA. His 3rd and also sell-out EP, Solitude Collective which came out on October on Pont Neuf, attracted supports from Laurent Garnier, Todd Edwards or Moomin to name a few. Many releases are yet to come for the «jazzy-house phenomenon» (Trax Magazine) in 2019 and he’s also working on his first album for 2020.
